Our Story
At Fancy's Southern Cafe, husband-and-wife team Matthew and Alex Creach bring authentic Southern cooking to the table with care and consistency. Our menu is built on time-honored recipes, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful touches that make familiar dishes feel special. From chicken and waffles with warm buttermilk syrup to hand-cut steaks and red velvet cake, every plate is made from scratch and full of flavor.
